All existing members are required to update their details on the club's Pitchero website (if changes) for the 2026/27 season.

Please note that many of our youth squads fill up quickly and squad sizes have to be capped based on coach to player ratios, so please purchase your membership and update details ASAP.

How do I update my/my child's details for the new season on the club database?

1. Go to the club's Pitchero website (www.gordonianshockey.com) homepage (or the club's Pitchero app if you have already downloaded it).

2. Log-in to your account using your email address and password.

Click "Your name" -> "Your account" in top right hand corner and enter your account.

If you are a member of more than one club then click Gordonians Hockey Club.

3. Go to "Membership info" ("My Info" in the app) and "Manage roles" pages, and ensure all fields are up to date.

How do I purchase annual membership?

Navigate to the club's Pitchero website homepage and in the "Shop", click on the appropriate annual membership option to purchase your 2026/27 membership online.
The fees will be approved at the club's AGM in August and made available to purchase from 1st September.
