A very fast paced game with GHK on the attack for most of the first half but unable to penetrate a resolute Gordonians defence where Jess Freeland and Grace Wilkinson excelled. Gracie Gray-Giles and Anna Warnock were always a threat and won some corners but the score remained 0-0 at Half Time. GHK went ahead with 2 goals well into the 3rd quarter and survived further Gordonian attacks to seal the win with a corner goal in the 4th quarter.

Gordonians Mens 1s 3 - 1 Edinburgh Hockey Club

A great first half performance saw Gordonians go 3-0 up. A Leon Wilkie flick from a short corner opened the scoring early. Matt Humphreys joined Leon on the scoresheet after finishing some lovely build up play from James Morrison, starting from the back with Matthew Davidson. Andy McLaren secured a third after converting a penalty stroke he won. The second half of the game saw a solid defensive performance including good saves from Fraser Bruce before a piece of individual skill gave Edinburgh Hockey Club a consolation goal.
