3. NEW MEMBERS/NEW PITCHERO USERS

To join Gordonians Hockey Club as a new member/new Pitchero user for the 2023/24 season:

1. Go to the homepage of the website https://www.gordonianshockey.com/ and click JOIN on the top right hand corner.

2. Choose which role you would like to apply for eg, Player, Parent, etc.

3. Fill in your registration details to request to join the club.

4. All Under 18s need a parent or guardian who should join the club first by applying via the Parent role and using a unique email address.

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from Pitchero with a link asking you to click and confirm your email address.

If you do not confirm your email address we will not be able to contact you.

You can then navigate to the club's Pitchero webpage "Shop" where you can pay for the appropriate annual membership.

Once your application is confirmed, you can download the club Pitchero app and manage your club schedule, note availability and use the communication tool.

* Parent Note *

For parents wishing to set up children on Pitchero, please follow these steps:

1. Set up your own account as a parent with your own email and details.
2. Apply for the ROLE of Parent and fill in the appropriate fields.
3. Type in the name of your child and select if they are on the list.
4. If you are setting up a new account for your child, they will not be on the list so please click on the link to add NEW Child option.
5. Select a team - Youth Admin will check and correct if required.
6. Check your inbox for an email from "Pitchero" to confirm your email address.
