Presidents XI vs. Secretary's XI squads

Its time to look forward to the annual Presidents XI vs. Secretary's XI fixture which will take place on Saturday 7th January at Countesswells.

After last years return to the traditional format, this annual fixture is back on Saturday 7th January, starting at 12.00pm (player to meet at 11am) on the water based pitch at Countesswells. The executive committee, club coaches and captains have selected two sides, with a mixture of 1st team players and regular youth players from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th teams, who also recently returned from a successful tour to The Hague, Holland.

The two squads will be led by 2nd team captain Viny and 3rd team captain Mark, full squad lists are below;

This fixture will be followed by an additional game to invite different generations of past and present Gordonians in an over 40's vs under 40's match. Mark Palmer and Viny will be in touch with respective players for this game. It will start straight after the Presidents vs Secretary's game at 1.30pm on the water based pitch.

There will also be a series of social matches taking place on Saturday 20th January, times and details will follow for this from respective team captains. This will be a combined day of social games with both men's and women's sections taking part.
