James has advised that pre-season training will resume on Tuesday 28th July - 6:30pm at Countwesswells.

Pedro will be running another bleep test in mid-August to monitor fitness levels to aid with team selection.  If you plan to be selected for the highest team possible then it is in your interest to attend training regularly.
